Residential complex in Gdańsk, Poland
Context
In this exclusive residential setting, located in the lush, hilly area of the historic Oliwa district and consisting of low-density urban villas with brick facades echoing the historic style of the area combined with large windows, modern materials, and "Smart" technologies, a solution was needed to manage garage access on the main pedestrian avenue.
Access to the complex and garages is made secure and elegant thanks to our Rise Bollards, which delimit a pedestrianized avenue designed to encourage play, meeting, and relaxation in total safety. OLIVA KONCEPT represents a new way of living, where technology and innovation merge with nature to improve the quality of daily life.
Solution
RISE supplied 4 Vigilant500 automatic bollards, positioned at the entrance of the main driveway to regulate vehicle access to the underground garages, while ensuring the total pedestrianization of the central area.
Technological pluses
• High structural robustness, thanks to the high-strength steel cylinder, designed to ensure durability over time and effective protection against unauthorized access.
• Reliable electromechanical movement, which guarantees precision, fluidity, and reduced maintenance in the long term.
• Integration with access control systems, perfectly compatible with smart solutions and centralized systems, in line with the technological concept of the residential complex.
• Advanced operational safety, thanks to obstacle detection devices and controlled movement management.
• Elegant and minimal design, which blends harmoniously into the contemporary architecture of the project without altering its aesthetics.
• Resistance to atmospheric agents, fundamental in a climatic context like the Polish one, ensuring constant performance even in harsh environmental conditions.
Result
The intervention at OLIVA KONCEPT demonstrates how advanced access control solutions can become an integral part of the architectural project, guaranteeing security without compromising aesthetics and liveability.
